Per studentet qe do te pranohen, nga jashte vendit, Akademia e Shkencave e Shqiperise do te mbuloje akomodimin (fjetjen) ne Tirane. Gjithashtu coffee breaks dhe lunch breaks jane parashikuar te mbulohen nga Akademia e Shkencave e Shqiperise dhe nga Fakulteti i Shkencave te Natyres, ku do te zhvillohen edhe leksionet.
